Well can't argue with your security hole statement, I've done the same for a lot of folks, 99% of the time it is something THEY did. Going to weird porn sites and such or my personal favorite just click on stuff because it's there, not actually even reading wtf they are clicking on, I mean seriously...wtf?

My start with Firefox was actually a long time ago, I don't remember the specifics, but I know for some reason IE just plain stopped working. No matter what I did it just simply would not run, at all. Everything else on the computer was fine, just not IE, a buddy of mine brought over a 3.5" floppy and said here install this and try it, it was Firefox, and I installed it, it worked, I liked it, and have been using it ever since. IE kept changing so much that even after having other computers, or re-installing I kept going back to Firefox because it stayed pretty much the same while IE kept changing the layout, got bigger and more bloated until eventually it just became my personal habit to install Firefox as soon as I have installed a system, and I have no complaints or problems with it, so I keep using it. I do like Chrome though, it's just not what I am used to.

I love that, ninite is my go-to for new builds. It's the only thing I use IE for...
