Saying goodbye is hard

Postby awp-killer on Tue Jul 21, 2015 10:27 pm

This old box has been in my basement for years. Rob built it, decked it out with the wickednet paraphernalia, and played counter strike on it for perhaps a year or two. I bought it from him in maybe 2004, and it was my main computer until I built my current one in 2010. Man, the number of hours I spent playing CS with you guys with this machine were countless.

Well, I'm moving back to Wisconsin now for a few years, and I'm cleaning house. It's time to finally say good bye. I thought you guys might appreciate a couple pictures before she goes:

This reminds me I still have my old full-tower sporting dual 80mm exhaust fans on the back, haha.

It's probably time to let it go too but it has that sexy wickednet decal on the side... I... can't... do... it...

Man I wish I still had some of my old gaming rigs, except I built a new one like every 6 months back then lol :D Nice to see that box lasted so long brother. I don't game anymore so I've had the same setup in my house for about 6 years now. Does everything I need it to so I've never gotten the itch to change. Nice to see you around man! Hope the move back to WI works out for ya!

Awesome - I forgot all about those 'PR0N' stickers I made. You had that thing decked out... Nice memories.

I came across some stickers not too long ago but they weren't the best colors. I think it was orange or something. I'd love the silver shiney one again, that was awesome. The white one on my car has faded.. so sad
