it's a bit more windy than usual but yeah, nothing serious. i did take down all my hanging plants though, just to be safe. what sucks though is that it's raining non-stop pretty much and the ceiling on my porch seems to have a leak. i expect it to collapse some time during the night if the rain doesn't let up.

It didn't turn north anywhere near where they thought it would. Initially they showed it turning north and making landfall here in the naples/bonita springs area but it just kept going west west west so now it's just going to traverse the gulf right up into Louisiana. Naples has been very rainy with a few gusts. My outdoor bench got flipped upside down, it was very traumatic :P The real problem is all the dead palm fronds and pine needles i need to rake up now :/
