Another new ride in the family (pics)

Postby Rope on Sun Jul 31, 2005 1:28 pm

Well, I almost bought one but ended up going with the Lightning, but my girl needed a new car and I sold her on the idea. She LOVES it, and it's just another thing I can mod. 2004 GTO with 2,700 miles on the clock. Hehe my girl with 350HP under her foot.. Can't wait to tear into it. The LS1's have SOOOOOOOOOOOO many aftermarket parts. Makes me want to sell my L and get an 05', except for the fact that a BF/GF driving identical cars is what I believe is called "ghey" :D

The rest of them are in my gallery http://www.hyperfiberbbq.com/gallery
All I know is that my girl is rediculously happy, which makes me rediculously happy :D

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... up_id=7130

Get 1.5 - 1.5.1 is still beta

Installing has always been real easy, simply unzip the folder and let it overwrite everything. When you goto the page next, it'll prompt you to upgrade the folder automatically. Easy stuff.

I saw your threads over at the [H] and GenMay, everyone just derails it asking for pics of your gf.

What did you get it for? 04s are around 23k now, right? I wish the 05's were cheaper, I'd buy a IBM/Blue M6 in a second.

Sting we eyed an 05 as well but the 05's have non-functional scoops in the hood (that pisses me off), bigger front brakes, dual exhaust, and 50 more HP for "only" 10-12 grand more

I was like "I can get you a new exhaust, a nice looking hood, and 50HP for a little under that babe" :D

non-functional sccops are lame, but I approve of them here. The 04s look pretty bland and blends in too much with the rest of pontiacs linup. Black does a good job fixing it up though, but with lighter colors, that hood really helps.

Tib, I totally agree. My girl already has her list in order. Exhaust--> Cold Air--> This Hood
