they are saying roughly 2 years but i doubt it will take that long. i'm sure they are padding those numbers a bit to avoid missing a deadline.

either way i'm willing to wait.

it just sucks that the worlds gonna end in less than a month.

Replying in ElPres's place. He's been ALL over this game from the inception. Even threw money at to Kickstarter.com
I'll let him know there's interest. He'll be stoked!

game's gonna be so sick, i might even drop some cash on a new joystick. I still have a Saitek X-45, which is badass as it is but i might go for a thrustmaster if i can afford it when this thing goes gold.

well you've got TWO YEARS to save up for one heh :)

i'm worried that these next two years are going to build up unrealistic anticipation and expectation that NO ONE could deliver on. but i'm gonna stay optimistic the entire time!

Yeah, I am scared it will fall flat. I sort of feel like if anyone can resurrect this genre, Chris Roberts can. So, if this game doesn't knock it out of the park, I think the genre will be dead for a long while (it already has been for some time). For now I am cautiously optimistic.

Nearly 18 million now... This shit is crazy! Hangar module brings my PC to its knees, but I am due for a GPU upgrade in the next year or two anyways =P

had to jump through a few hoops to get it working but it was really cool to see my freelancer ship.

Good news is that top of the line today will be affordable by the time the game is released!
