from what i can gather this isn't so much a remake as a re-imagining. i'm still gonna check it out though.

I'm disappointed that there are no reviews yet!

3/5. Still a good movie, they didn't fuck it up horrifically! Just like Hang said though, was more of a reimaging. Still better than most of the garbage out there though! Maybe better in Digital 3D too. I saw 2D.

My personal opinion is wait for it to be on BluRay and then crack open a cold one and immerse yourself.

I'd say 3/5 if you didn't see the original, 4/5 if you did see the original. Glad I saw it but I went to a matinee and my wife and I watched it for 8 bucks total. I wouldn't pay more than that looking at it now. I think Liam Neeson was a lame choice for Zeus and Ralph Feinnes did a great job as Hades.

3/5 ... Totally agree with Shik .. just because I loved the original so much, I expected more.

The longest part of the story seems to be the Scorpion scene ... They could have shown more battle scenes with Calibos.

Movie was an epic fail to me. Shit acting and shit story. Hell...some of the costumes were so 3rd rate it hurts...like they ran out of budget.

1.5/5 only because they paid homage to the original with some of the costumes/scenes.
